We strongly believe our 401k Programs deserve an exceptional
Client Service Team. Our 401k Advisory Team and Client Service
Representatives are ready to assist and handle all 401k participants
calls. Below we have listed our servicing structure for our
401k Program Clients.
Advisory Team
Your personal Advisor will be your main contact. There are
3 main functions that the Advisor will do. 1) Plan Design
and Installation, 2) Assist the Plan Sponsor with Investment
Selection and Monitoring, and 3) Provide One-on One Personalized
Employee Enrollments.
The Advisor is responsible for meeting with you, the Employer,
at a frequency determined by the client; normally this is
a minimum of semi-annually in order to conduct a fiduciary
compliance review.
The Advisor deals with the plan trustees,
fiduciaries and or committee members who make the 401k plan
decisions. The Advisor and the Advisory Team will meet with
the individual 401k participants on site, normally 2 times
a calendar year. Their role is to make sure the employees
are educated about the options in their 401k Plan and enroll
them into the program. They are also available to participants
for financial planning and other financial recommendations.
Director of Client Services, Managing
Partner
The Director will manage all administrative and operational
procedures for your plan. This includes the new plan installation
and all on going administrative issues. They will act as the
liaison for your Third Party Administrator ( TPA ) services
provided by Printing Industries and the record keeper, Eplan
Services. The Director will assist in training the Plan Sponsor’s
staff for the technically aspects of the program, such as
the payroll remittance on the website.
Client Service Representatives
This is our “401k Client Service Team” The CSR
staff members are trained to answer all 401k participant questions
(when the advisor is not on site) for assistance with website
training, updating their basic account information, loans,
withdrawals, distributions as well as answering basic questions
on your plan provisions. Our service team is trained to call
up specific plan provisions for all our 401k Plans. We pride
ourselves in having a well trained “401k Client Service
Team”.
